Face Rating AI provides AI-powered facial analysis and celebrity lookalike matching services. Our service analyzes uploaded photos to provide aesthetic feedback and celebrity similarity comparisons using advanced AI technology.

Third-Party AI Processing

The Service uses AI technology to process and analyze uploaded images. When you upload a photo, it is transmitted securely to our AI processing infrastructure for analysis. Our AI service providers act as data processors and do not store your images after processing or use them to train AI models. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to this processing method.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Photos uploaded to our service are processed for analysis purposes only through our AI infrastructure. We do not store your photos permanently or share them with third parties beyond our AI service providers for processing purposes. Biometric Data

We do not create, maintain, or store any biometric templates, facial recognition databases, or permanent biometric identifiers. Your uploaded photos are used solely for generating temporary analysis results and are deleted immediately after processing. No biometric data is retained by us or our AI service providers.

You retain all rights to your photos and biometric information. You may request deletion of any stored analysis results at any time by contacting us through our support channels.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of our systems
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

Billing

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your chosen plan (monthly or annual). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our services, which are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for:

• Subscription fees for any billing period
• Unused portion of a subscription after cancellation
• Partial months or billing periods
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with analysis results

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital services and waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Face Rating AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Face Rating AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
